HOME GENERAL
The house was originally constructed
in early 1940s with an east side addition in early
1960s.
Beginning in 2000, the house interior was gutted and/or
remodeled with much of the roof
structure removed and replaced, an attached garage
added, as well as decks on three sides.
Approximately 80% of the wiring and plumbing was
replaced with a new boiler and hot water
holding tank installed. An architect (Dan Stalker -
Sheridan) designed the exterior and an
engineer was engaged to ensure the structural integrity
of the changes.
